application process
Children in the early childhood program must be potty-trained and at least 3 years old when school begins.
Attend a mandatory Tour (see above for dates).
Submit an application by March 1, 2024. Include application fee and parent photos.
Once the application is received, the application will be reviewed and if there is space in our classrooms we will send the family enrollment instructions.
Admission decisions are made by City Garden Faculty. Notification will be sent in writing beginning in Mid-March. Applications not accepted will be put in the waiting pool and additional acceptances will be ongoing as spots become available. We continue to accept applications on a rolling basis if spots are available in our classrooms. If you are looking to enroll mid-year or if no admissions events are listed above, please email us to schedule a tour.
Admission priority is given to siblings of current City Garden children, alumni or returning families, children transferring from other Waldorf programs, and children who turn three-years-old by August 31.

2024-2025
2 day/week Half Day: $4200 + $650 supply fee
2 day/week Full Day: $5600 + $750 supply fee
3 day/week Half Day: $6400 + $750 supply fee
3 day/week Full Day: $8450 +$850 supply fee
5 day/week Half Day: $10,200 + $900 supply fee
5 day/week Full Day: $13, 850 + $950 supply fee
There is a 10% sibling discount for siblings at City Garden
Tuition is billed annually from July - April
City Garden Follows a traditional school year from September-June.
payments
A $1000 deposit is due with a signed contract each year.
Tuition is billed via the Brightwheel platform.
All deposits and supply fees are non-refundable.
