Admission &Tuition

We have very limted spaces available in our mixed-age program for the 2025-2026 school year and we are beginning to accept applications for the 2026-2027 school year. In order for your applicaton to be considered complete, you will need to submit an application and attend a school tour. Applications for the 2026-2027 school year will be accepted through March 1st and admissions decisions will be sent in mid-March. Applications for the current school year will be considered if space is available, if no space is available, you will have the choice to be considered for the following year.

application process

Children in the early childhood program must be potty-trained and at least 3 years old when school begins.

  • Attend a mandatory Tour (see above for dates).

  • Submit an application by March 1, 2025.

  • Once the application is received, the application will be reviewed and if there is space in our classrooms we will send the family enrollment instructions.

  • Admission decisions are made by City Garden Faculty. Notification will be sent in writing beginning in Mid-March. Applications not accepted will be put in the waiting pool and additional acceptances will be ongoing as spots become available. We continue to accept applications on a rolling basis if spots are available in our classrooms.

Admission priority is given to siblings of current  City Garden children, alumni or returning families, children transferring from other Waldorf programs, and children who turn three-years-old by August 31.

  • There is a $1000 reservation deposit to hold a spot

  • Tuition is billed via our Brightwheel platform and billed in 10 installments between July - April

  • There is a 10% sibling discount for siblings at City Garden

  • City Garden Follows a traditional school year from September-June

  • All deposits and supply fees are non-refundable
